3. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: earrings, custom-made items, and sale/discounted items.

Process:

  • Email  sales@ritzin.hiphop with your order number to initiate a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $100 USD.

Customs & Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
